Gardening Cricklewood provides a range of gardening services, including but not limited to:
- Garden Design and Planning
- Planting and Maintenance
- Landscape Installation
- Garden Maintenance Contracts
- Hard Landscaping Services
1.1 Service Agreement
Each service is provided under a separate agreement that outlines the specific tasks, timelines, and costs involved.
2. Booking and Scheduling
To schedule a service, clients must contact Gardening Cricklewood through the designated channels. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.1 Confirmation
Once a booking is made, a confirmation will be sent to the client detailing the agreed-upon services, date, and time.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing and Payment
All services are priced as per the current rate schedule provided at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.1 Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
3.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the total amount due for each week overdue.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time and ensuring that all areas to be serviced are clear of obstacles.
4.1 Property Access
Clients must ensure that Gardening Cricklewood has unrestricted access to the property during the agreed-upon service times.
4.2 Preparation
Clients should prepare the garden area by removing any personal items or valuables that may be affected by the gardening activities.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Gardening Cricklewood warrants that all services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as gardening results can be influenced by various factors.
5.1 Plant Guarantees
We provide a guarantee for plants installed, ensuring they are healthy at the time of planting. Should any plants die within the first six months, we will replace them at no additional cost.
5.2 Service Quality
If a client is unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, they must notify Gardening Cricklewood within seven days, and we will address the issue promptly.
6. Liability
Gardening Cricklewood is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
6.1 Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for those services.
6.2 Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gardening Cricklewood against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
7.1 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, clients are responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardening Cricklewood operates.

In the event of a force majeure, we will notify the client as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to reschedule services.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardening Cricklewood regarding the use of our services, superseding all prior agreements.
